My entire fall is spent with guns. I start duck hunting, then hunt for grouse, and deer hunt in the late fall. All of these activities require a gun and different types of guns. You can also deer hunt with a bow and an arrow but I prefer to use a firearm because it is not as efficient and can be harmful to the animal if you don’t get the perfect shot. Ever since I started hunting I have enjoyed the use of firearms and learned much about them and how dangerous they can be if they are not used with extreme caution. If anyone were to take away firearms this would really impact my life. All the things I did growing up would be lost. Hunting would become obsolete and I would lose an important hobby and tradition of my life would be lost and forgotten. My family also heavily relies on deer meat. If there were no guns and we would have to use bow and arrow. Bow and arrow hunting is risky and not very efficient. Hunting with a bow and arrow can be more fun than rifle hunting but you have a better chance of getting a deer with a firearm. Firearms are very important to me and I hope that they can always be in my life. So I can continue to use them and enjoy the sport of hunting. Hunting is a big part of my life and it would change greatly if I could no longer hunt or use firearms. Willey Brothers Firearms supplies all the firearms and ammunition I seek for my hunting endeavors. Then, we'll perform a background check. The background check involves filling out a one-page document and paying a $25 state fee. We make a 5 minute phone call to the state to confirm your eligibility. Then you're good to buy a gun and walk out of the store with it!
If you have a current Nevada concealed carry permit (CCW), then you may fore go the background check and the $25 fee.
Unfortunately, unless you have a current CCW permit, there are no other exceptions. Yes, you will still need a background check.
Yes, if the gun is California-legal. Note that the only way to sell a gun to a California resident is for us to ship the firearm to your local dealer so that they can perform the proper state procedures.

Yes we do! We will handle all communication between dealers and we do offer private party transfers so we can accept transfers with a valid drivers license from your seller.
Fees: Incoming Transfer from a dealer/store: $60 plus sales tax on the purchase price. **NV has required that we collect sales tax on all out of state dealer purchases. We will need a copy of the sales receipt for our tax records Private Party is defined as any purchase from a seller that is not a dealer & does not carry their own FFL license. This includes receiving a transfer using the seller's drivers license or a private seller who has chosen to ship through an FFL/dealer in their town. Be sure to specify the nature of the sale so that we know it is a private sale. Private Party Transfers ~ Incoming from Out of State: $60 fee and NO sales tax Private Party Transfers ~ Nevada to Nevada residents: $60 fee and no sales tax Private Transfers between NV resident to NV resident now requires a background check EVEN if the buyer has a CCW.
